This year marks the thirty-first year of publication of Ricerca Psicoanalitica, Rivista della Relazione in Psicoanalisi, and this year opened with the death of Michele Minolli who was its passionate creator and served as its Director from 1998 to 2009. If this journal is alive today and is being renewed, it is also thanks to Michele. In expressing our gratitude to him, we aim to reflect on the reasons that were at the basis of this cultural project in order to rethink them in the current context. Why was it important to found this magazine? And what does the name of this magazine mean?
