In recent years, political parties have been attempting to engage new participants, challenging the traditional notion of membership. This article aims to understand the legal implications of this choice by exploring the rights, duties, and remedies that external members can exercise to effectively contribute to the party’s activities.The analysis will consider the statutes of both national and local parties, assessing the role of contract law within the general framework of association regulation.
