Andrea Capussela is a visiting fellow at the london School of economics. In the past he has held positions that have allowed him to acquire knowledge of the political and institutional mechanisms that characterize different economic systems, in terms of both development and decline. in particular, he has led the Office for Economic and Fiscal Affairs of the international supervision mission in Kosovo; he was later advisor to the Minister of Economy of Moldova and Deputy Prime Minister on behalf of the EU.
