The following two articles on Independent Accountability Mechanisms (IAMS) of international financial institutions are presented. These are the results of a Workshop held in the framework of PRIN 2012 (2012SAM3KM) on the Codification of European administrative procedures, where the potential of the IAMS system for EU agencies, institutions and bodies was discussed.
