Authors

During the XVIII legislature, the leaders of the Italian Parliamentary majority agreed to form a coalition government through the "Contract for the Government of Change". The approval of this document represented a significant novelty in Italian politics and, consequently, deserves thorough consideration. The essay focuses on the legal form of the "Contract" and takes into consideration its effects on the functioning of the Italian Parliament and Cabinet.
