The unauthorized reproduction, distribution, modification, publication, storing, transmission, use for the production of material derived from the Content, sale or concession under license of all or part of the Content is strictly forbidden, including any products or services obtained in any way from the Site, unless expressly set out in the relative laws and regulations, established under the current Terms and Conditions, or covered by license or subscription. Under the current Terms and Conditions, the Visitor or User can download and print Site Content for personal, non-commercial use, according to copyright and intellectual property regulations. However, the systematic downloading of Site Content to create or compile, directly or indirectly, archives, database or lists without prior written approval of PAGEPress is strictly forbidden.

PAGEPress  will endeavor to maintain site(s) availability 24 (twenty-four) hours a day 7 (seven) days a week, maintaining the availability of the information on the Site. However, the availability of the Site may be limited by technical problems, chance events or circumstances beyond the control of PAGEPress and information may be lost. Indemnity

Law and jurisdiction

The Terms and Conditions of this Site(s) are to be controlled and interpreted in accordance with the Laws of Italy without any petition to private international laws and regulations.
