La malattia autoimmune linfoproliferativa è una malattia genetica in cui un difetto di attivazione dell’apoptosi conduce alla mancata delezione di cloni di linfociti T, da cui derivano una proliferazione linfocitaria eccessiva con accumulo negli organi linfoidi secondari e la comparsa di manifestazioni autoimmuni, soprattutto ematologiche.
